Marcus High School Bass Fishing Club

The Marcus Bass Fishing Club is a new club beginning in the 2015-16 school year. The club is open to any Marcus students in grades 9-12 who are interested in and enjoy the sport of bass fishing.
Bass fishing is fun and just about anybody can do it! Fishing gets people outside and teaches them about the environment, while having fun at the same time.
Fishing has a science behind it that anglers need to know in order to catch fish. For example, what the fishing are eating, how the fish are acting, and where the fish are at.
Fishing is a sport that requires the angler to never stop learning and adapting to what the fish need.
You do not need a boat to join our Club - just an interest in fishing!
